Notification for online download service users,
The latest update of Chrome causes a technical issue on the KIPRISPlus online download service.
When clicking the download box, an alert message is popped up, and the download button is inactivated.
 
To resolve this issue,
1. Type the URL below into the Chrome browser’s address bar and hit Enter.
chrome://flags/#use-sha1-server-handshakes
2. Change the value of Allow SHA-1 server signatures in TLS from Default to “Enabled” and click “Relaunch” at the bottom to restart Chrome.
