Thank you for using the KIPRISPlus Patent Information Service.

To enhance service quality and improve user experience, the Terms of Service for the KIPRISPlus Patent Information Service will be amended as follows:

1. Key Amendments

  ▶ Revision of terminology and classification system

  ▶ Introduction of new provisions on data usage, advertisement display, and detailed operational guidelines

  ▶ Clarification of ambiguous ex-pressions and updates to reflect current laws and regulations

2. Effective Date

  ▶ Notice Period: September 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025

  ▶ Effective Date: October 1, 2025

3. Submission of Comments and Objections

  ▶ If you have any comments or objections regarding the amendments, please contact our Help Desk via email at kiprisplus@kipi.or.kr before the effective date.

  ▶ If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may express your refusal by withdrawing your membership.

  ▶ If no refusal is submitted before the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
