□ Notice on Changes to Product for Design Legal Status History
The Design Legal Status(ST.87) data provided by IPRISPlus has been newly improved by applying the international standard ST.87.
The new Design Legal Status(ST.87) product can be used alongside the existing legal status history products.
However, among the existing products that do not apply the international standard,
the Design Legal Status(ST.87) product will be discontinued as of July 31, 2026.
The legal status history for trademarks will continue to be provided without changes under the existing legal status history product.
In addition, the newly provided product applying the international standard ST.87 includes all the Design Legal Status(ST.87) information that was available in the existing product,
along with additional detailed data (such as receipt/dispatch numbers of related documents and the purport of trial requests).
Please refer to this when using the service.
KIPRISPlus customers are advised to check the schedule of changes to avoid any inconvenience in using the service.
